business strategist, communications specialist and events professional with 20+ years of experience building businesses in different countries.
If you've made the move and are looking to build your own thing that brings you not just money but a sense of purpose, I know where you're coming from..
I've been exactly there - leaving a job and a place I loved, to be with the one person who mattered the most.
I know what it's like when you jump into the unknown - leaving a career, a network, maybe event your sense of professional identity. I've done it, not once, but twice — in different countries, with different challenges, building from next-to-zero each time. I didn't have a mentor or a coach to tell me what to focus on, I figured it out the hard way.
And then I realised: I could save other women years of that struggle.
I know that when you have a business that works, that gives you not just money but a sense of purpose, your whole life and the people in it feel the ripple effect.
After finding myself in the cardiologists office at the end of my first year of self-employment, I know just what stress you can put on yourself to make things happen. We throw ourselves into logos, websites, hoping the customers will come but the reality is that building a business means finding a way to show up and connect with the people that you want to serve in a way that feels authentic to you - and them.
If you're treading water in your business, wishing you had someone to work out the HOW and reason out the WHY, I'm here. Your business ally - the one in your corner, here to help you do the things you need to and keep you moving in your business.
After graduating in Business Administration (mostly Marketing!) with French, I moved to Verona, Italy and started learning another lingo and culture..
Through fate, I landed what became my dream job in the world of wine, organising exhibitions and events and building networks with professionals across Asia, Europe and the USA.
I moved to Brussels and started my own business in marketing and events for wine regions.
By June 2012 I had organised my first trade event, built a good network and felt at home but then...
We moved to Germany where I knew no-one and only 1 word of German. It meant starting from zero. I started small and grew my network as best I could whilst working on some really cool events and projects that were pretty revolutionary for the wine world..
I was juggling motherhood and work. I hosted my first trade event in Munich despite not feeling ready at all but I knew this opportunity wouldn't come twice. I soon attracted some of Italy's largest and most important associations as clients and trippled my databases...
Covid hit. I jumped on the online-events-train and launched Quaranvino on 28th March 2020. Everyone else was waiting to see what would happen but I got moving. Tens of households across Europe joined in the fun. I also hosted events for Google, INSEAD alumni association, BSH and many more..
During a digital products challenge, I kept helping other participants with their mission statements, their offers, their messaging — before I'd worked on my own. People kept saying: "Oh wow, I'd not thought of that" and I soon realised that my marketing and strategic eye was invaluable in helping women get their businesses up and moving.
And so Faye Cardwell Coaching was born..
I believe whole-heartedly that the whole point of us being here is for us to forge connnection with others and leave a meaningful impact on each other's lives. The way we do that is through creating services and products that solve problems, satisfy needs and impact lives for the better.
If you're an entrepreneur who is looking to create a business with meaning and purpose, and want some support along the way, you can count on me - whether it's for an hour, a month or longer, you'll always find someone routing for you and helping you make sense of the next steps along the way.
I have another business (which I still love) and coaching is something I do in quieter periods. This means that I can offer affordable coaching to early-stage entrepreneurs because it doesn't have to be my main income.
As one client said "You're the only one doing this at this price, it's incredible" and that's the way I want to keep it. Helping entrepreneurs get clarity in the business and find the motivation to carry on with the dreams is priceless.
Seriously, an ex nicknamed me "Logisch" (And I wasn't living in Germany!). I consider myself borderline robotic just because I reason out decisions very clearly. This means that when you come to me with a problem, you'll have a clear understanding of my thought processes so you won't have to go back to those decisions and have the same doubts.
I am also from the north of the UK, we're definitely people people. You'll get reasoned, honest and kind support always.
Juggling languages, cultures, families and the occasional burocratic bomb that explodes when you're living far from home. I work in 4 languages every day and used to teach English as a foreign language so I know what it's like to juggle words and phrasing.
English not your mother tongue? No problem, we'll work around that and find the right terms that make sense to who you want to reach.

I might have lived over half my life abroad but I'm still very much a yorkshire lass - which means a straight-talking, loves laughing, down-to-earth Brit. I call a spade a spade and you'll always know WHY I think something.
Since 2018 I've also led the Women Entrepreneurs of Munich community — a space where women come together to share, support each other, and build businesses that work for their lives. Bringing women together to share, inspire and support is one of the things I love doing the most - whether it's over a few good glasses of wine or business.
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me running my PR & Events company, playing with my daughter (whilst she still wants to!) wine tasting, or planning the next WEM event. Life is very varied and I wouldn't have it any other way.
British by Birth, French by Marriage, German by Residency, Italian at heart..
Languages I speak and offer work in : English, Italian, French, German. In that order of preference..
Values : integrity, consistency, transparency, fairness. You'll always know where you are with me.
Things I struggle with : singing, public speaking and fully switching off...
What's life too short for? Bad wine, ultra-processed food and can I say it? german grammar....
Looking for affordable and flexible business coaching support? Someone who can put as much energy into thinking about how to make your business work as you do?
I purposely work with early-stage entrepreneurs because I know that the small tweaks are the ones that make the difference between months or years of not seeing growth, and building something you can be proud of.
I can do this because alongside this work I run a successful Events & Marketing agency which allows me to offer short and low-cost options to give new entrepreneurs a good start without burdening their balance sheet.
